Paul M. Doman

As President and CEO, Paul brings extensive experience in managing high volume, scalable operations, process and product development, and deep relationships in the banking and lending community to the company. Paul sets the strategic direction of the company, manages sales, operations, compliance, and oversees information technology and the company’s financial systems. Paul joined Accurate as President of the Accurate Equity Group and a member of the Board of Directors in March of 2009. He previously served as President of First American’s Equity Loan Services Division where he focused on leading a team of five hundred employees and developed creative solutions for the home equity lending niche. He began his real estate services career with First American in 1995 and gained extensive national experience working in all areas of the business including title searching, title, escrow and appraisal production, title underwriting, and as a corporate attorney.
