With ValueNet Plus, you receive an accurate valuation and multiple photos of the home and neighborhood. ValueNet Plus delivers cost savings of up to 50% over traditional drive-by appraisals.
When an interior inspection is needed, iValueNet is the right solution – it can save you $100 per loan versus a 1004 Appraisal and is fully compliant with USPAP standards. iValueNet includes all the benefits of ValueNet Plus, as well as multiple photos of the property, neighborhood and key interior features. It also includes professional measurements to ensure accurate GLA calculations and a home pricing trend graph. With iValueNet, you get a level of research and analysis similar to a traditional interior appraisal, but with faster turnaround time and at a fraction of the cost. iValueNet can be bundled with ValueNet Plus, ValueNet EX and ValueNet 55 as an interior-inspection option.
Specifically designed to meet the needs of REO and loss mitigation managers, ValueNet EX is a USPAP-compliant valuation process with an exterior property inspection. The ValueNet EX report includes an exterior inspection of the home and neighborhood, an analysis of active listings in the neighborhood and a regulatory-compliant appraisal completed by a local appraiser. ValueNet EX is more accurate than a broker price opinion (BPO), allowing you to make better decisions about how to maximize the value of your default loans and real estate owned properties.
To better accommodate the valuation of unique properties or those located in areas with limited comparable sales, choose ValueNet 55. ValueNet 55 can be used as either an alternative or upgrade to the eValueNet product. ValueNet 55 includes an adjustment grid allowing the appraiser to select the three best comparable properties and make market adjustments for differences. ValueNet 55 is similar to a traditional 2055 report in terms of reporting and comp analysis.
